Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and grievance handling.
- Manage performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Promote employee engagement and positive work culture.
- Ensure accurate & timely payroll processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field.
- 5–8 years’ HR experience, ideally in retail, hospitality, or food service.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.
- Proficient in FlowHCM and MS Office.
