JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including members onboarding, planning, enhancements, and performance monitoring.
- Manage relationships with existing and new customers across all segments.
- Identify and drive business opportunities to achieve assigned revenue and volume targets.
- Conduct transaction analysis, BRD, FSD, UAT, QA validation and monitor product/service performance.
- Identify process gaps and ensure timely resolution through cross-functional coordination.
- Support execution of projects, product rollouts, and special initiatives.
- Maintain records, reports, and dashboards for performance tracking and management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
