We’re looking for graduates to join our dynamic team for the role of Cluster Manager – Retail Banking in Karachi, Lahore, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Sahiwal, Jhang, Faisalabad, Kasur, Malakwal/Mandibahauddin, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Sargodha, Hyderabad & Quetta

Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 8 – 10 years of relevant experience

Implement the annual and interim business plans/budgets finalized by the Area Manager.
Identify existing and prospective clients to increase market share and quality customer base.
Attain the planned deposit mix, focusing on profitability and pricing levels of all liability products.
Ensure the asset to liability portfolio ratio is maintained as per plan, avoiding any income leakage or penalties.
Develop and maintain profitable business relationships. Increase the low-risk credit portfolio and minimize NPLs through effective customer engagement and relationship management.
Promote the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation. Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and retention of account relationships.
Enhance service quality at the branches to ensure superior customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for business growth. Develop strategies to capture new business and expand the customer base.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance. Review MIS reports to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions.
Oversee key operational activities to ensure compliance with SOPs, controls, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain branch discipline and harmony. Strategize career progression and growth plans for team members by identifying potential and relevant requirements for grooming, training, and development.
Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures, and statutory requirements. Liaise with regulators and other regulatory organizations as directed by the Area Head.
Manage administrative issues, including branch visits, customer visits, audit discussions, HR-related functions, and other interactions at the area level.

Experience: 10 years of relevant experience
Location: Karachi, Gujranwala & Sahiwal

To work and engineer strategy for higher profitability.
To determine targets concerning deposits, advances, profits etc. in agreement with Zone Head, and evaluate performance of the branches vis-à-vis set targets.
To ensure branch operations are functioning in line with the laid down policies and procedures.
Review functioning of important control aspects and adherence to prescribed procedures of the assigned branches.
To develop and broaden Deposit Base of branches and Area (Low cost focus).
To maintain and further develop profitable business relationships and also increase low risk Credit Portfolio ensuring minimization of NPLs.
To improve service quality at the branches.
To arrange career development for potential employees.
Ensure compliance of the Bank’s Policies & Procedures and statutory requirements/prudential regulations pertaining to operational working with all Area branches.
