MCB Islamic Bank is inviting applications for the position of “Manager Liability Product Development”.
𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Manager Liability Product Development
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Lahore
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Minimum Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelors in Business, Finance or related field will be given preference.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀
➡️ 3-5 years of relevant experience.
➡️ Preference will be given to the candidates who have experience in product development within the banking sector.
➡️ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
➡️ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
➡️ Good understanding of banking products and market dynamics
➡️ Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
➡️ Assist in the development and enhancement of liability products (CASA, term deposits, etc.)
➡️ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
➡️ Support end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch
➡️ Coordinate with internal stakeholders for product rollout and process optimization
➡️ Monitor product performance and recommend improvements
