We are hiring a Trainer – BPO for our Peshawar office!
Location: Peshawar
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM & 6 working days a week
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center (training experience preferred)

Job Specifications and Duties:
- Conduct training sessions for new hires on product knowledge and customer handling.
- Develop training materials, modules, and assessments to improve performance.
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance to identify improvement areas.
- Provide coaching and feedback to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with team leaders and management to identify training needs.
- Maintain training records and progress reports.
- Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
Skillset Required:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and motivational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple training sessions effectively.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment.
