Job Title: Production Engineer
Location: Lahore
Department: Appliances Division
Position Summary
To plan and organize the production activities with minimal rework and rejection, in accordance with ISO procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control daily production activities
- Set daily production targets based on material availability.
- Plan and optimize workforce allocation according to skills and production needs.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment remain in optimal working condition.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, enhance quality, and reduce waste
- Work as a 5S Champion in the PEL Appliances Division
- Ensure compliance with ISO procedures on the production floor.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc – Mechanical from a recognized institute.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Auto CAD.
