Position: Director Food & Beverages
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food and beverage operations including restaurants, banquets, and room service.
- Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase F&B revenue.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service excellence.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability of all F&B outlets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
- Monitor performance, prepare reports, and implement improvements where needed.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within the hospitality industry.
- At least 3-5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong leadership, operational management, and financial planning skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
