We are inviting applications for the position of AM – Quality Control in our Quality Assurance Department.
🔹 Position Details:
- Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor all stages of production from wire drawing to final sheath
- Supervise Al-Alloy and overhead conductor (AAC, ACSR) manufacturing processes
- Provide technical guidance and training to QA inspectors and team members
- Handle LV & MV high voltage testing activities
- Ensure all inspection and testing equipment are properly calibrated and valid
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Manage client visits, audits, and inspections
- Monitor stranding processes and ensure overall production quality compliance
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering
✔ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Control (Cable/Conductor Manufacturing preferred)
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ Strong technical knowledge of cable manufacturing and overhead conductors
✔ Expertise in LV & MV high voltage testing
✔ Knowledge of quality inspection and calibration management
✔ Leadership and team management abilities
✔ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
