Position: Asst. Manager | Electrical
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Electrical, who will manage and maintain electrical systems within the garments industry. The role requires strong expertise in power distribution, control and automation systems, along with effective team supervision and spare parts inventory management to ensure smooth, safe, and uninterrupted plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation and maintenance power distribution systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Strong knowledge of control systems, including PLC, HMI, VFD/Inverters, and Instruments.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical Power and Machinery section.
- Root cause analysis of electrical failures and implementation of corrective actions.
- Supervise Team and manage shift schedules, and ensure effective teamwork.
- Maintain Spare Parts inventory.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in relevant field.
- Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
