Who are we looking for?
- Preferably Bachelors in Business from an HEC recognized/overseas institute.
- Any IT specializations will be given preference.
- 2 + years of experience with a financial institution in MIS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Daily/Weekly/ Monthly Collection report global, area, branch, product and sales team wise.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly variance analysis of collection achievement, product wise, branch wise and area wise against assigned benchmarks (NPLs).
- Assist AM-Collection & Recovery in generating various analyses reports for management review.
- Data mining and compiling data for Collection team Performance Management System.
- Develop reports at regular intervals for managements.
- Extracting different report from specific software for data mining and for analysis.
Skills:
- Strong analytical, performance monitoring and adequate job knowledge of microfinance & SME lending principles.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
- Self-starter, assertive, team player and highly punctual.
- Possesses sound knowledge of project management.
- Strong PC skills including MS Office Suite and software for analyzing research. SQL and MS Access proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Willing to travel across KMBL network.
- Exhibits and upholds KMBL’s values and social performance objectives.
