Feroze1888 Mills is seeking competent profiles for the following position
Manager – Weaving Preparatory Production & Maintenance
The role requires strong operational control, preventive maintenance oversight, and coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted back process performance and optimal output.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth execution of Warping and Sizing programs as per the approved production plan.
- Coordinate with Planning for timely arrangement and availability of yarn.
- Monitor daily production targets and ensure achievement with minimal downtime.
- Control process parameters to maintain quality standards and minimize wastage.
- Investigate yarn complaints and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
- Coordinate with Maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance of back process machines (Warping, Sizing, Creel, etc.).
- Monitor machine efficiency, downtime trends, and initiate corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.
- Support root cause analysis of recurring technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
- Maintain production and efficiency reports.
Qualification & Experience:
B.E – Textile with atleast 7–8 years of experience of weaving back process (Warping & Sizing)
