Position: Manager – Fuel Card & Digital App
Department: Corporate

📍 Location: Head Office; Vital House, Lahore.
🕒 Employment Type: Full time

🎓 Experience Level:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or Finance (MBA or digital certification preferred).
5–10 years of relevant experience in fuel cards, fleet management, or digital payments.
Prior experience in Oil Marketing Companies (OMC), fintech, banking, or telecom will be preferred.
Hands-on experience with POS systems, ERP, payment gateways, and mobile applications.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

𝗙𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:

Manage end-to-end operations of Vital Fuel Cards (prepaid & postpaid).
Acquire and manage fleet and corporate customers including logistics companies, FMCG, transporters, and industries.
Define card controls, usage limits, and vehicle-wise restrictions.
Monitor fuel volumes, margins, card utilization, and customer profitability.
Prevent card misuse and coordinate timely blocking or replacement.

𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗽𝗽 & 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽:

Manage and oversee Vital’s mobile application (Android & iOS).
Ensure seamless integration with retail POS systems, ERP platforms, and banking/payment gateways.
Introduce and manage digital features such as digital payments, live transaction tracking, invoice downloads, and station locator services.

𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆:

Drive fuel card volume growth and digital transaction penetration.
Design fleet pricing models within OGRA-approved frameworks.
Launch loyalty programs, promotions, and customer retention initiatives.
Support the corporate sales team with proposals, presentations, and product demos.

𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲:

Ensure full compliance with OGRA marketing rules and consumer protection guidelines.
Maintain proper documentation for fleet agreements, credit approvals, and digital transactions.
Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting requirements.

𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 & 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴:

Coordinate with Finance for invoicing, settlements, credit limits, and receivables management.
Track active vs dormant cards, monthly volumes, revenues, and app transaction success rates.
Prepare management and board-level MIS reports.
