Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a multi-location technology team (Islamabad, Peshawar, Sargodha) to ensure seamless IT operations and service delivery.
Oversee SAP systems (including primary and secondary sales solutions) and network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Drive the company’s digital transformation agenda, implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and support business growth.
Manage technology projects from planning to execution, including budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
Collaborate with the COO and CEO to secure approvals, present technology roadmaps, and align IT strategy with business objectives.
Ensure business continuity by maintaining stable operations of all critical systems and proactively addressing potential risks.
Oversee weekly procurement activities and ensure cost-effective, timely acquisition of technology resources and services.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth within the technology team.

Job Requirements:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degrees in computer related fields, providing a strong foundation in technology and system design.
06-08 years of experience.
Extensive experience and understanding of SAP S/4 Hana.
Proven leadership experience in IT management, SAP systems, and network infrastructure.

Position: Management Trainee Officer Sales

Job Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase product availability, market share and volume growth.
Supervision of Order Bookers to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identification and execution of marketing opportunities within outlet, fostering in-store branding to grab customer attention.
Ensure optimal stock levels for each Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) in line with the company’s Stock Cover Days policy.
Coaching Order Bookers to ensure sufficient stock levels of all Stock keeping units at outlet level and that stock is properly merchandised on Shelves/Racks and Coolers.
Performing regular market visits to check performance of Order Bookers as well as to identify market development & conversion opportunities.
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.
Handling customer complaints and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintaining accurate sales records, reports and documentation for analysis and decision-making.
