Position: Site supervisor

📍 Location: Lahore.
🕒 Employment Type: Full time.
🎓 Experience Level:

• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience, preferably from a reputable OMC.
• Strong expertise in site supervision, HSE compliance, inventory control, contractor coordination, and regulatory adherence.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Site Operations & Supervision

• Oversee daily site operations ensuring construction and operational work complies with approved drawings, timelines, and company standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, transporters, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Supervise site staff including supervisors, labor, security, and support teams.
• Plan and control manpower, machinery, materials, and equipment usage efficiently.
  Health, Safety & Compliance
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
• Supervise safe fuel decanting from tank lorries into storage tanks as per approved procedures and safety checklists.
• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies for inspections and approvals.
• Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
  Inventory, Reporting & Administration
• Monitor project progress, verify bills, control site expenses, and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Manage procurement, receiving, storage, and inventory control of materials and consumables.
• Maintain organized site documentation, compliance records, and licenses.
• Oversee tuck shop operations including stock control, hygiene, pricing, cash handling, and record maintenance.

🎓 Experience Level:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in oil marketing, fuel depots, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills with good communication abilities.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Supply Coordination:

Coordinate daily petroleum product supply execution and operational targets.

Supervise gantry operations and tank farm activities including physical checks and operational monitoring.

Oversee loading/unloading operations and ensure compliance with safety and operational SOPs.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth product movement and dispatches.

Monitoring & Reporting:

Ensure accurate daily operational reporting, stock monitoring, and documentation.

Oversee operations at third-party storage depots and monitor operational performance.

Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency enhancement.

Compliance & Standards:

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company operational standards.

Maintain operational discipline and compliance with safety and company SOPs.
