Position: Resident Manager – Hotel

Job.Summary.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Resident Manager with a strong background in Food & Beverages (F&B) operations to oversee the day-to-day management of an international residential hospitality property in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property operations, ensure to meet the sales targets and supervising staff, ensuring high service standards, and overseeing dining and food service operations. This role requires someone who can live on-site and ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily hotel operations with a strong focus on Food & Beverage departments.
· Manage F&B distribution channels and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
· Monitor market trends and dynamics to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective operational and marketing strategies.
· Lead, train, and motivate hotel and F&B teams to maintain high service standards.
· Implement cost control measures and maintain profitability across F&B outlets.
· Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
· Coordinate with management to develop and execute business growth strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
· 8-10 years of relevant experience in hotel management, preferably in Food & Beverage operations.
· Strong understanding of food & beverage distribution networks and market dynamics.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Experience in managing teams and hotel operational departments.
