𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿

We are seeking a creative and trend-driven Western Fashion Designer to develop innovative and market-relevant western wear collections. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of fashion trends, silhouettes, fabrics, and detailing, with the ability to translate concepts into commercially successful designs aligned with the brand identity.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field from a recognized institute.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 3–5 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in Western wear / contemporary apparel within a fashion retail or textile brand.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Design and develop western wear collections for Men, Women, Kids in line with current fashion trends and brand positioning.
Research global fashion trends, fabrics, colors, prints, and silhouettes to create innovative design concepts.
Prepare mood boards, sketches, and design presentations for seasonal collections.
Coordinate with merchandising, production, and sampling teams to ensure accurate development of samples.
Select appropriate fabrics, trims, embellishments, and accessories for the designs.
Supervise the sampling process and make necessary modifications to achieve desired results.
Ensure designs meet quality standards, timelines, and commercial viability.
Collaborate with the marketing and styling teams for photoshoots, campaigns, and product launches.
Maintain design documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned design targets.
