BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co., is seeking qualified candidates to join their Dealership Team:

Front Desk Officer:

Qualifications: Minimum Graduation

Experience: 0 – 2 years of experience

This role is responsible for handling receptionist duties, delivering excellent customer service, and managing office equipment along with general office administration tasks. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in receptionist responsibilities, and the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues effectively.

Cashier:

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent

Experience: 1 – 2 years of relevant experience (Automotive/banking sector is preferred)

The incumbent will be responsible for processing customer payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining financial records. Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential

Service Advisor:

Qualifications: DAE Mechanical/Auto & Diesel or equivalent.

Experience: 5 – 6 years of experience in automotive industry (EV experience is preferred)

The role requires prior experience in fleet management or a similar technical service position, along with strong customer service and professional communication skills. Candidates should have a solid understanding of electric vehicles, their maintenance requirements, warranty policies, and the ability to accurately manage job cards and customer service records. The position also involves coordinating with workshop technicians to manage service priorities, ensuring parts availability, and adhering to Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) standards to maintain delivery-ready vehicles. Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS), collecting customer feedback, improving Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores, and staying updated on BYD products through training are also key expectations.
