Eligibility Criteria:

Job Skills & Responsibilities:

-Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to lead end to end the development, enhancement, and management of our card’s products.
-To assist Head of Debit Cards in developing card strategy, considering both value propositions and revenue opportunities.
-Define the product vision and roadmap for the card’s portfolio.

-Identify market opportunities and customer needs to drive new product development.
-Develop strong differentiating CVP for card products, informed by business intelligence.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and features.

– Contribute product expertise and collaborate effectively with other key stakeholders & Cards schemes.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum qualification Bachelors Degree required/ Master’s will be preferred

Department: ADC Business Division

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience

Job Skills & Responsibilities:

-Retrieve credit card system files and process in core banking system.

-Process customer financial reversal requests on credit card system and core banking system.

-Prepare advance tax and service sales tax details for onward reporting.

-Report regarding follow-ups and issues observed during Credit Card Operations.
-Prepare cross-border transactional data for onward reporting.
-Prepare GL details on monthly basis.

• Posting of credit card international and local settlement vouchers in core banking system.
  -Respond credit card payments received from branches.
• Resolve customer complaints related to Credit Card financial operations.
• Initiate Credit Card Management and reward merchant invoices for onward payment.
  -Prepare credit card spending data for onward reporting.

– Assist line manager for Month End and Year End Closing.
