We are looking for a results-oriented Recovery Executive to join our team and support the recovery of outstanding receivables while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
📍 Follow up with customers for overdue payments
📍 Maintain recovery records and update aging reports
📍 Address customer queries related to invoices and payments
📍 Ensure recovery targets are achieved within timeline
🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Fresh to 1 years of experience in recovery / collections.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
