GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (GROUP CFO)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO) to lead and manage the financial operations of a diversified manufacturing group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, corporate governance, risk management, and ensuring strong financial controls across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Group’s financial consolidation and reporting.
Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditure (CAPEX), and financing strategies.
Support the Board of Directors with strategic financial insights and decision-making.
Strengthen financial systems, policies, and procedures across group companies.
Liaise with banks, auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
Lead and manage the Group’s financial strategy and planning.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

FCA / Chartered Accountant.
20 years of experience, with at least 5 years of Group Level strategic Functional role, preferably in a publicly listed company.
Extensive experience working with large manufacturing groups.
Strong expertise in financial planning, taxation, corporate finance, and compliance.
Strategically focused professional with the ability to manage investments and develop functional financial strategies.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and strong Islamic ethical values.
