K-Solar is seeking an experienced Contract Management professional to lead the structuring and negotiation of EPC, PPA/Rental, and O&M contracts across our renewable energy portfolio. This role requires precise commercial judgment, rigorous risk assessment, and proven expertise in infrastructure or power sector transactions. The successful candidate must possess the technical capability to manage high-stakes power transactions with a hands-on approach, ensuring every contractual framework is robust, enforceable, and tailored to the specific demands of large-scale renewable energy infrastructure.

What You Will Be Doing:
· Lead the comprehensive drafting and negotiation of EPC, PPA/Rental, and O&M agreements to secure favorable commercial terms and precisely defined performance guarantees.
· Enforce strict bankability standards across all project documentation to ensure full alignment with project finance requirements and lender expectations.
· Execute strategic commercial risk allocation to identify potential liabilities and assign them to the parties best positioned to manage them, safeguarding the project’s internal rate of return.
· Establish and maintain rigorous back-to-back contractual protections across the entire value chain, ensuring performance obligations in the energy contracts are mirrored within downstream sub-contracts.
· Supervise the administration of claims and variations by implementing strict change-order protocols to prevent unauthorized scope creep and budget overruns.
· Direct formal dispute resolution processes to mitigate litigation risks and employ mediation or expert determination to ensure project continuity.
· Oversee the verification of contractual milestones and compliance certificates to ensure all counterparties adhere to stipulated timelines and quality standards.
· Ensure all renewable energy contracts remain compliant with evolving regulatory frameworks and grid-connection requirements to shield the portfolio from operational penalties.

What We’re Looking For:
· 6 – 10 years of experience in renewable energy / infrastructure / power sector
· Strong exposure to EPC and project finance-backed contracts
· Demonstrated commercial negotiation experience
· Ability to independently assess and mitigate contractual risk
· Experience in industrial captive power PPAs preferred

Education & Background:
· Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
· Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CMA, or a Master’s degree (LLM / MBA) will be considered an advantage.
