Finance Department
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA) or a master’s degree in Finance, Sustainability is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Risk, Sustainability, or related areas within banking or financial institutions.
- Demonstrated experience in senior or managerial roles with exposure to financial reporting, disclosures, and regulatory engagement.
- In-depth understanding of ESG concepts, sustainability reporting, and climate-related financial impacts.
- Ability to translate ESG data into financial insights for senior management and stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
