JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Assist in conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
- Maintain and update BCP documentation.
- Coordinate with departments to review and update continuity plans.
- Plan and Support execution of BCP drills and simulations.
- Track remediation of gaps identified during exercises.
- Log and track incidents in the incident management system and support in timely escalation of critical incidents.
- Assist in preparation of incident reports and regulatory submissions.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive action plans.
- Maintain incident dashboards and metrics.
- Maintain records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in audit coordination and documentation.
- Support compliance with regulatory and PCI DSS requirements.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
