SENIOR OFFICER – GENERAL PURCHASE
The incumbent will be responsible for executing general purchasing activities, ensuring timely procurement of operational and factory-related items while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute procurement of general, technical, and operational items for factory and office use.
Source and evaluate vendors based on price, quality, and delivery performance.
Prepare comparative statements (CS) and purchase orders (POs).
Negotiate pricing and payment terms to achieve cost savings.
Coordinate with Stores and user departments for material requirements and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier database.
Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or overstock situations.
Coordinate with Finance for invoice verification and timely vendor payments.
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain Management / Business Administration
Experience : 2 to 4 years
KSA : Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures, vendor management, and oracle / ERP systems
