HBL Zarai Services Limited is looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Officer – Farm Machinery to join our Agronomy & Sales – Mechanization team.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated maintenance staff as “Technical Officer Farm Machinery” to support the operation, maintenance, and field‑based troubleshooting of hi‑tech agricultural machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working with mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems and be capable of delivering technical support in challenging field conditions. This position is based in multiple cities Across Punjab & Sindh.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform operation, maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of advanced agricultural machinery and electrical systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure maximum uptime and optimal performance of machines.
• Install, repair, and calibrate electrical/mechanical components, sensors, control panels, and wiring related to precision farming equipment.
• Provide on-site technical support to end-users, including farmers and operators, ensuring safe and efficient machine operation.
• Maintain accurate service records, generate technical reports, and communicate machinery issues and improvement areas to the technical team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards and prepare periodic operational reports.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma Holders in: Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile & Farm Machinery or any relevant technical field.
• Certifications in hi-tech agricultural equipment maintenance, precision farming tools, or automation systems will be an added advantage.
• 1+ years of experience in Agriculture machine maintenance, farm mechanization or related roles.
• Hands-on experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting agricultural machinery.
• Strong understanding of farm mechanization processes and equipment.
• Technical expertise in machinery diagnostics and maintenance.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and practices.
• Willingness to work in field locations and travel as required to support mechanization operations.

Note: Relevant experience will be considered equivalent to a technical diploma.
