Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences (SIHS) is inviting applications for the position of Manager – Facilities Management at its constituent units including Shalamar Hospital and associated colleges.
🔹 Position: Manager – Facilities Management
Qualification:
BE / B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
Degree from HEC-recognized institution
Experience:
5–7 years of relevant experience
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a teaching hospital or healthcare environment
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead civil maintenance, renovations, and infrastructure improvement projects
✔ Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
✔ Manage HVAC, electrical services, and telecommunication systems
✔ Oversee hospital-wide facilities planning and infrastructure upgrades
✔ Establish preventive maintenance systems and safety standards
✔ Supervise contractors, timelines, scope, and quality of work
