We are seeking a highly experienced 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 to be based in 𝗦𝘂𝗸𝗸𝘂𝗿 for our hotel business, 𝗥𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝗷 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘀.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Sales Executive (Hotels)
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Sukkur (Sindh)
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Graduate (Business Graduate – Marketing preferred)
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 01 to 03 years of relevant experience in hotel sales (room division) or the hospitality industry.

𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Proven track record in hotel room sales and business development
Market analysis and strategic planning
Lead generation and customer acquisition
Collaboration with marketing and operations teams
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in computer skills

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗼𝗽𝘀𝗶𝘀:
The incumbent will be responsible for driving room sales, building client relationships, developing new markets and supporting revenue growth for the hotel’s network.

We are seeking an experienced 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 – 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 to be based in 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗵𝗿𝗮 (𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗼).

𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Oversee the daily operations of the underground coal mine to ensure compliance with operational plans and safety protocols.
Collaborate closely with mining operations teams to optimize production processes and enhance operational efficiency through informed decision-making.
Analyze operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies, recommending improvements to mining techniques and equipment.
Monitor production rates and adjust operations as necessary to meet established targets.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for ongoing mining operations.
Implement and enforce safety and environmental procedures in accordance with local, federal, and company regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Lead safety training sessions, fostering a culture of safety among all mine personnel.
Train mine staff on safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
Conduct geotechnical assessments to ensure the stability of mine structures and compliance with local geological conditions.
Prepare reports and presentations for management, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
Maintain positive relationships with site team to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely provision of materials and services and enhance overall production operations.
Maintain accurate records of mining activities, production planning & statistics, and safety incidents.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or relevant
07 to 10 years of relevant experience in the coal mining industry
