Job Summary
The position requires drive, initiative, responsibility, and challenge in a vibrant and leading organization environment where one can practically apply knowledge towards the growth of the organization in the field of Engineering Maintenance, Utility Equipment, Safety and Control systems, Elevators, MEP services Evaluation, and implementation alongside with the respective Consultant and Contractors.
Job Responsibilities
- Electrical Engineering & Maintenance / Planning Objective
- Feasibility Studies • Engg. Procurement • EnMS Implementation
- HVAC Electrical Survey
- BMS Evaluation
- Initiate in-house debugging / repairing of Electrical Equipment’s
- Development of Project Execution Plan / Milestone Trends and Analysis
- Contract / Cost Management of Contractors
- Construction related Risk Assessment along with Quality Plans / Audits
- Resources (available / to be acquired) Planning / Management
- Lineup Teams for Breakdown Critical Equipment
- Planning and Engineering execution until smooth completion of work
- Encourage, identifying and developing best practice strategy
- Responsibility of ZH interest throughout the lifecycle of any Projects
- Developments of In-depth Preventive Maintenance Plan & Schedule
Knowledge & Competencies
- A good knowledge of the techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs and resources.
- Able to coach and mentor more junior staff across a number of disciplines.
- Experience in managing technical infrastructure projects & off shore teams.
- Can work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts.
Requirements
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
- Working Experience: More than 6 years.
