ASSISTANT MANAGER IT GOVERNANCE
Position: The role is responsible for assisting in the execution of IT audit and governance activities to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of internal control systems. The incumbent will evaluate IT processes, systems, policies for compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions. Responsibilities include conducting IT audits, developing and reviewing IT-related SOPs, performing follow-up reviews, and supporting the implementation of governance frameworks to strengthen internal controls and risk management.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a multinational or listed company, or article-ship from a Big 4 audit firm.
Education/Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institute. CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) qualification is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and business acumen with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
