Job Summary

The Executive Coordinator to the COO will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring smooth coordination of operations and communication between departments. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage the COO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations for meetings.
Assist in operational projects.
Coordinate cross-functional activities and follow up on action items.
Draft and proofread correspondence, emails, and official documents.
Address urgent issues proactively.
Oversee travel arrangements, accommodations, and programs.
Organize and maintain records, files, and databases.

Knowledge & Competences

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a Hospital or Healthcare setup.
