Key Requirements are as:
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver telecom projects (e.g., BSS, transmission, core, RF & Power projects).
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders and provide clear communication.
- Ensure quality standards and technical specifications are met.
- Support acceptance testing, handover, and project closure activities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Must have 10+ years of Telecom experience with at least 5 years in team management.
- Strong communication, implementation & Project management skills.
- Should have 5+ years of customer handling experience on senior management level.
- Having Project Management & Quality related certifications will be an advantage.
- Must have at least B in Engineering discipline.
