Candidates should hold a BE in Mechanical Engineering with 8–10 years of relevant experience in plant maintenance. Strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a solid understanding of industrial safety and maintenance systems are essential.
- Engro Fertilizers is hiring Deputy Managers and Managers (Process, Instrumentation, Electrical & Mechanical), based at Daharki, to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
The roles involve overseeing plant process, instrumentation & electrical, and mechanical functions, with a strong focus on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and compliance with engineering and HSE standards. The positions play a critical role in ensuring operational reliability and driving performance excellence across the plant.
Candidates should hold a BE degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience. For Manager, candidates should hold a BE degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience. Strong technical expertise, problem-solving capability, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence are essential.
