Position: District Manager – Hospicare
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Location: Gujranwala
Contract Type: Permanent
Key Accountabilities
- Achievement of agreed Sales Targets within time frame.
- Implementation of marketing strategy and execution in the field.
- Build and develop business relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the respective therapeutic areas.
- Foster the product knowledge and selling skills of assigned team members.
- Liaison with Distributors and Key Account Managers.
- Monitor & ensure the fulfillment of the defined Sales KPIs within the team.
- Regular reports on Market Intelligence/Competition.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Pharma Sales (preferably Gynae or Surgery portfolio).
- Train & Develop employee and manage team retention.
- Ability to exhibit managerial & leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
