Position: Facility Foreman Location: Port Qasim Plant, Karachi, Pakistan

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, supervise, and execute maintenance, repair, and operation and replacement activities of AHU filters, fans, compressors, generators, chillers and other central utilities equipment.
Maintains equipment in a clean condition, makes minor repairs and adjustments, inspects, and services lubrication as required.
Ensure minimum equipment downtime through effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs and timely completion of work orders.
Monitor daily operations and inspections of HVAC, air conditioning, compressed air, water connection, and chilled water systems across facility and machine panels.
Coordinate maintenance activities with cross-functional departments while maintaining accurate service records and reports.
Create and review SOPs/SOIs, and support equipment upgrades and integration of new technologies.
Develop a reliability program for utilities and critical building systems including Purified Waters Systems, Compressed Air Systems, Chilled Water Systems, Building Management Systems etc.
Optimize utility consumption by minimizing air leakages, managing air/vacuum generation, and preparing monthly reports for air consumption and electricity utilization.
Enforce safety standards, support site safety and training initiatives, and participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis (RCA).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or DAE from any reputable institution.
6 to 7 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Strong expertise in fault troubleshooting and maintenance of utility equipment like compressors, chillers, generators, pumps and facility equipments.
