Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred)
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to performance management.
- Experience in banking, microfinance, or financial services will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the end-to-end Performance Management of the employee.
- Coordinate with branches and HRBPs to complete the staff probation, extension and PIP cases.
- Support goal setting, KPIs, scorecards, and performance calibration exercises.
- Analyze performance data and prepare management dashboards and reports.
- Ensure timely completion of confirmation appraisals across all regions/departments.
- Facilitate performance improvement plans (PIPs) in coordination with line managers.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and evaluation standards.
- Ensure all tasks must be compliance with HR policies and organizational guidelines.
- Support linkage of performance outcomes with learning, development, and rewards.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and KPIs.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage timelines.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
