SkyElectric is building the next phase of its growth journey—and we’re looking for a seasoned Channel Sales Leader to architect, govern, and scale our national channel ecosystem.
This is not a volume-driven distributor role. It is a strategic leadership position focused on sustainable growth, strong governance, partner accountability, and uncompromised customer experience.
🔑 Role Purpose
The Head / Director – Channel Sales will be responsible for building and institutionalizing a high-quality partner network across Pakistan, expanding market reach while safeguarding SkyElectric’s brand promise and long-term value proposition.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Define and execute SkyElectric’s national channel sales strategy
Build, onboard, and manage a strong ecosystem of distributors, resellers, installers, EPCs, and strategic partners
Design and enforce channel policies, commercial frameworks, pricing discipline, and governance models
Enable partners through structured training, sales playbooks, and performance management
Drive incremental revenue growth while protecting margins and customer trust
Ensure strong cross-functional alignment with Direct Sales, Operations, Service, CX, and Finance
Lead and develop a dedicated Channel Sales organization
Actively manage risk, compliance, and brand protection across all channel touchpoints

🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile
10 to 12 years of experience in channel sales, partner ecosystems, or alliance-led growth
Proven track record of building and scaling national channel networks
Experience in energy, solar, power, electronics, technology, or infrastructure preferred
Strong expertise in policy design, commercial governance, and stakeholder management
Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and executive presence
