Electropolymers Private Limited is hiring a Deputy Manager Operations to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely execution of production and project activities. This role requires strong leadership to manage teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
-Manage daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow across departments.
-Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
-Ensure production schedules meet quality standards and customer requirements.
-Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
-Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements.
-Drive lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, machinery, and inventory.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
-Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless execution.
-Prepare and present reports on operational performance and project milestones.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering operations.
-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and project management tools.
-Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP are a plus.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and drive process improvements.
