Position: Payable Officer
Experience Required: 1-2 years (in Accounts/Finance, specifically Accounts Payable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor invoices, verification, and timely processing of payments.
- Maintain accurate records of payables, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and update aging reports for management review.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for smooth operations.
- Assist in monthly closing activities related to payables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes.
- Good command over MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
