Job Summary:
The IT Assistant provides technical support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and IT equipment within the organization. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting users, and assisting in maintaining IT infrastructure.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and networking
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and email systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn new technologies
