Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Senior Officer for Maintenance Instruments in its Soda Ash Business, based in Khewra.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of field instruments, control systems, analysers, and automation equipment.
- Ensure optimal functioning of PLCs, DCS, SCADA, and process control systems in compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance of instrumentation to minimise downtime.
- Support continuous plant operations by providing quick resolution of instrumentation-related breakdowns.
- Perform loop checking, testing, and commissioning of new equipment or system modifications.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of plant shutdown/turnaround activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of calibration records, maintenance logs, and spares inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permit-to-work (PTW) system, and statutory requirements.
- Provide technical support for projects, upgrades, and modifications in instrumentation systems.
- Coordinate with production, mechanical, and electrical teams for smooth plant operation.
Key Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Optimum knowledge of process instrumentation and automation systems.
- Ability to interpret P&IDs, loop drawings, and control logic diagrams.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Proactive, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
- Understanding of work instructions, SOPs, ISO and engineering components.
