Position: Supervisor (Men’s Wear/Kids Wear)
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in apparel retail, preferably kids’ or men’s wear.
- Strong experience in floor operations and team supervision.
- Ability to drive sales, achieve targets, and upsell products.
- Excellent customer service and complaint-handling skills.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and peak retail hours.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer concerns effectively.
- Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Support promotions, offers, and new product launches.

- Experience in branded apparel or large-format retail.
- Ability to handle peak hours and seasonal sales.
