JOB DESCRIPTION:

Infrastructure Management, maintain Microsoft Windows Servers including Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
Oversee VMware virtualization environments and ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
Administer and optimize Azure and AWS cloud environments, including compute, storage, and networking. * Manage Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
Implement and maintain enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Veritas).
Networking & Security
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco switches and enterprise wireless networks.
Manage VOIP systems for reliable and efficient communication.
Administer Fortinet firewalls, VPN solutions, and SDWAN deployments for secure and optimized connectivity.
Ensure network security best practices, incident response, and threat mitigation. Operations & Support
Lead NOC operations for 24 by 7 monitoring and incident management.
Oversee Service Desk or Help Desk operations to ensure timely and effective IT support. * Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders for smooth IT service delivery.
Prepare and maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and operational procedures.

EXPERIENCE:

5-8 years of progressive IT infrastructure and operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). Relevant certifications preferred: MCSE/MCSA, VMware VCP, Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, ITIL.

SKILLS:

Microsoft Server administration (2016/2019/2022), VMware virtualization. Azure & AWS Cloud management. Office 365 administration. Backup solutions. Cisco switches & enterprise wireless solutions. VOIP system management. VPN technologies & SD-WAN
