We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our production line and driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for boosting productivity, ensuring quality compliance, optimizing logistics and upholding ISO standards. This role also involves planning and executing new projects aimed at operational excellence. As a potential future leader of the TCF/Assembly line, the candidate must demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, a proactive, self-motivated mindset and a goal-oriented approach. The ability to lead and inspire production teams toward achieving both monthly and annual production targets is essential for success in this position.
Qualification:
• Bachelor in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related)
Requirements:
• Fresh or 1 year experience in relevant industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office & presentation skills.
• Project management – Line Study, analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
• Planning and organizing the manufacturing / production process.
• Understanding of ISO standards.
• AutoCAD/Solid Works/other design software skills will be an added advantage.
