What You’ll Do Lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations across all departments Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Manage payroll, attendance, and employee records Oversee performance management and staff development Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards Act as a trusted bridge between employees and management
What WE’RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 4-6 years of HR experience in any industry Strong communication skills (Urdu & English) Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance A people-first approach with problem-solving mindset
