QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; professional certifications will be preferred.
- 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in facilities management and technical operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the engineering and maintenance teams.
- Manage large teams effectively and coordinate seamlessly with multiple stakeholders.
- Oversee and maintain critical building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, BMS, IT infrastructure, and vertical transportation.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime.
- Conduct technical training and performance evaluations to foster operational excellence.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-effective, energy-efficient solutions.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, including expense forecasting and CAPEX planning.
