- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Manage and motivate the sales and operations teams to achieve excellence.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Prepare reports and analyze key performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s
- 4 – 5 years of experience in sales and operations preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
