Cherat Cement Company Limited, part of the Ghulam Faruque Group is one of the leading cement producing companies in Pakistan, located in Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK). Cherat Cement is looking for qualified and experienced professionals for the following factory based positions:

MANAGER QUALITY CONTROL The incumbent will be responsible for the implementation of quality plonning at different stages of the cement manufacturing process. He should be able to devise and establish all quality control related procedures, standards and specifications, as well os laboratory cement test reports, keeping check on laboratory equipment and ensuring that cement production meets international standards. The idool candidate should be M.Sc. in Chemistry with 11-15 years’ experience, preferably of cement manufacturing process. Position reports to the Head of Department.

MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER INSTRUMENTATION The incumbent will be responsible to supervise all project activities related to Instruments and develop a team. He should be well versed in project management, installation 8 erection of field instruments, equipment / control systems’ installation and supervision of scheduled and breakdown maintenance activities related to instrumentation. The ideal candidate should be B.Sc. in Electronics / Electrical with 8-12 years’ experience, preferably at a cement plant. The position reports to the Head of Deportment.

MANAGER – WASTE HEAT RECOVERY The incumbent will be responsible for efficient and smooth operation of the WHR Plants and auxiliaries equipment independently. He will also be responsible for planning and executing all maintenance requirements of WHR Plants and deal with water treatment area for boiler and cooling tower. The ideal candidate should be B.Sc. in Mechanical with 11-15 years’ experience. The position reports to the Head of Department.

DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER – HSE The incumbent will be responsible for implementation of Company’s Safety Plans at Site as well as organising Tool Box Talks, Safety Troinings, HSE issues and its solutions and managing safety records.

The ideal candidate should be o Science Graduate preferably with OSHA / IOSH Certification and must be familiar with ISO Standards along with 5-8 years of relevant experience. Position reports to the Head of Department. The ideal candidates for above positions must have good communication and analytical skills. Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
