Position : IN-CHARGE AUDIT (SALES OPERATION)
FF Steel, a leading Grade 60 Steel Bars manufacturer, having large-scale production units in Lahore & Peshawar, is seeking applications from talented, passionate, and energetic professionals for their Internal Audit Department at Head Office, Peshawar.
Location: Hayatabad, Peshawar
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 55,000

Requirements:
- Education: B.Com/BBA/M.Com/MBA (Finance)
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing concern setup.
- Should have a good audit background and strong sales operations knowledge.
- Good MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel, along with strong written and verbal communication.
- Preference will be given to those having hands-on experience in any ERP software.

Job Description:
- Graduate or having Master’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in managing administrative tasks.
- Facilitate communication and ensure the smooth execution of projects and operations.
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Act as a point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- The candidate should have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication, computer skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
