Requirements
Job Location: Multan
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7-8 years of relevant experience in a leading Oil Marketing Company (OMC).
Desired Behavioural/Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance and market conditions.
- Excellent negotiation and pressure handling ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Responsibilities:
- Managing existing retail network of JINN PETROLEUM
- Developing and upgrading retail network of JPPL
- Achieving monthly targets of HSD and PMG
- Cancellation of non-performing retail outlets
- Explore NFR opportunities at existing retail network
- Managing a team of Territory Manager
