- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and enhance customer support processes.
- Ensure a positive customer experience, assist in retention efforts, and stay updated on product knowledge and best practices.
- Lead and support the customer support team by providing guidance, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills by driving team performance, implementing solutions, and continuously improving customer service processes.
